Manual Plating Lines
| The Manual Plating Line design is based on the modular type concept; packaging tanks, heaters, thermostats, exhaust hoods, incoming plumbing, drain plumbing etc. into one integral system. It is manufactured in sections making it easy to manipulate and install.
Key Features of this system are: Rugged Construction: the modular manual plating system is constructed from 1/2" gloss white polypropylene with encapsulated steel located in critical areas, dual 1/2" polypropylene station walls to prevent distortion. These walls also act as insulator barriers to help prevent heat losses on heated stations. Installation: the manual plating line system is designed to keep your installation time and materials at a minimum. All electrical controls are prewired to the front control console, all drains and incoming plumbing are pre-plumbed to termination and inlet points, the exhaust hood /plenum system is an integral part of the module. Our manual plating lines are designed for simple and inexpensive installations. Quality: raw materials and electrical components are selected based on reliability.
