AmeriChem's commitment
to excellence begins with the first customer contact. Upon receiving
initial information from the customer, our marketing department
begins the quotation process. Product specifications are relayed
to the engineering and drafting departments, who work in tandem
to prepare detailed drawings, material specifications, and pricing
information. Together with the marketing personnel, our engineers
produce a detailed proposal for your review.
Upon acceptance of a contract, our engineers work
closely with your engineers and factory supervisors to produce a
quality product which meets or exceeds expectations. Our commitment
to your needs does not end with shipment of the product. We back
up our equipment with a comprehensive guarantee and personal, on-line
customer support.
AmeriChem corporate headquarters is located in
Phoenix, Arizona, the heart of one of the fastest growing semiconductor
manufacturing centers in the world. This allows us to maintain our
technical leadership in the plating industries. Our manufacturing
facilities use the latest state-of-the-art equipment. This begins
with advanced CAD/CAM technologies and continues with the use of
micro-processor controlled Wegener bending and butt-welding equipment.
AmeriChem Engineering Services is constantly striving
to develop new and better construction techniques. If excellence
is what you're looking for, and the availability of after-sale on-site
service is important, then AmeriChem is the one for you!

AES also provides rebuilding and upgrading
services. Many times it is possible to upgrade an older production
proven piece of equipment at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
AmeriChem's objective is to deliver the highest quality of upgraded/refurbished
equipment to make our customers more productive, more competitive,
more profitable.
Using refurbished or upgraded equipment
will provide you with the following advantages:
- The prices is at least 40% cheaper than
a brand new system with equivalent features.
- It is production proven.
- The exhaust plenums are already built
in.
- The electronic equipment compartments
are already built in.
- Even allowing for modifications and upgrades,
delivery will be much faster for this equipment than it would
be for all new equipment.
Manufacturing
Techniques...

AmeriChem manufactures polypropylene
tanks using Wegener Automated Bending and Butt-welding
equipment. Using this type of equipment, we are able to eliminate
the hand-welded corners found in conventionally constructed tanks.
Since this is one of the areas most likely to leak, AmeriChem's
construction techniques eliminate this as a potential problem.
Additionally, AmeriChem constructs
the bottom of the tank considerably different than most manufacturers.
The bottom is sized slightly larger than the external dimensions
of the sidewalls. The bottom is not placed inside the tank, but
rather welded to the bottom of the tank sidewalls. The exterior
is jet-welded with approximately 1/4" thick molten polypropylene.
This style of construction makes it virtually impossible for leaks
to occur along the bottom of the tank.
